Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
